Available Positions

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote Hutch Enterprise Product Portfolio and drive 100% sales acquisition to onboard clients from the B2B sector.
  • Conduct negotiations to determine contract terms and ensure profitable deals.
  • Developing a solid Sales funnel to increase the sales conversions to exceed the set monthly KPIs.
  • Maintain good relationships with the key DMUs and secure the right segmented accounts to enable profitability and future growth.
  • Handle special promotional activities and events as requested by the management.
  • Gather market intelligence data and understand new emerging trends in the Business Sector to improve the Hutch Enterprise Product Portfolio.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of sales experience (preferably in telecommunication/ FMCG/ Banking or Insurance fields.
  • Sales, pitching, and business development experience strongly favored.
  • Possess good sound knowledge of the Enterprise / Corporate market.
  • Conversant with Microsoft Office packages.
  • Excellent Time management and Negotiation skills.

  • Conducting month-end closures and compiling monthly financial statements.
  • Managing and overseeing the company’s financial transactions and record.
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Providing financial analysis and recommendations to the management.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to obtain monthly financial data for month end closure.
Key Requirements:
  • A part qualification in CA/CIMA/ACCA.
  • At least three years of experience in a similar role, preferably with ERP (Oracle) system experience.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
  • Analytical skills for financial data analysis and reporting.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, MS Excel & Word.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor the product uptake, drive its usage and penetration.
  • Contribute towards roadmap development or evolution of the product. Stay informed of the latest market, customer, and technology trends to adapt/evolve the solution accordingly.
  • Develop new propositions, communications and channels targeting identified market segments.
  • Support and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT, and external suppliers/partners and other cross-functional groups to improve services.
  • Perform partner due diligence and manage according to set standard.
Key Requirements:
  • Understanding of credit scoring models.
  • Extremely analytical and data-driven; ability to derive actionable conclusions from large data sets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, networking skills to develop relationships with the internal cross functional stakeholder and service providers.
  • Demonstrate drive for results in a performance-driven environment within rapid timelines.
  • Degree in Statistics/Social Science/Economics or Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing CIM /Business & Management /CIMA.
  • Strong presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and implementing innovative strategies to identify, engage, and manage relationships with key external stakeholders.
  • Devise and execute comprehensive public relations strategies to elevate the company's reputation.
  • Proactively identify PR opportunities, collaborate with the PR agency to draft compelling press releases, and coordinate media interactions to convey key messages effectively.
  • Lead the development and execution of a cohesive corporate communication strategy, maintaining consistent messaging across internal and external platforms.
  • Assist driving the company's corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and sustainability programs, aligning them with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Represent the company at industry associations, conferences, and events to stay abreast of industry trends, foster collaborations, and advocate for the company's interests.
  • Assist, develop and implement internal communication strategies to engage and align employees with the company's vision, values, and objectives.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing- CIM full or part, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • A creative thinker with a knack for devising innovative communication strategies.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for building relationships, engaging stakeholders, and representing the company's interests.
  • Familiarity with CSR and sustainability concepts is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and communication tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure accuracy in reporting.
  • Lead the implementation of new accounting standards and ensure compliance with changes in regulations.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, ensuring smooth and efficient audits.
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to senior leadership, supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain strong internal controls over financial reporting.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, accounting pronouncements, and regulatory changes.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fully qualified member of ICASL, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in financial reporting, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in financial reporting systems and tools.
  • Ability to maintain a consistent positive attitude and interact with & manage various internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enterprise products pre sales technical solution design, support and product demonstrations.
  • Translation of enterprise client's business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Manage solution deployment projects end to end.
  • Post sales technical support and provide necessary details to maintain the issue rectification SLAs.
  • Coordinate the 3rd party vendors for post-sale solution development and maintenance.
  • Evaluate and analyze market and competitor enterprise products.
  • Launch new products on time and coordinate with other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to negotiate for new product developments in technical and commercial aspects.
  • Executing new product launches/improvements & post product launch activities adhering to processes outlines.
  • Maintain revenue & product KPIs for solution business health monitoring.
Key Requirements:
  • IT Degree from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in enterprise product management.
  • Knowledge of the Telecommunication domain would be an added advantage.
  • High degree of presentation and demonstration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent customer management skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and willingness to learn about new technologies.
  • Ability to work under pressure and must have a flexible approach towards work.
