JOB DESCRIPTIONS
  To forecast, plan, execute, monitor deliveries & control the purchasing activities & inventory level according to the company policy & procedures.
  Communicate effectively with internal team on shipment status, quality issues to ensure smooth operation.
  To initiate cost reduction activities through negotiation with existing suppliers & to source new suppliers.
  To address & resolve situation such as supply chain shortages, allocations, material discrepancies & to ensure contingency plan or alternate sources to supply is available.
  Evaluate suppliers’ performance periodically to ensure the goods/service provided are accordance to standard or specifications.
Production Executive
JOB DESCRIPTION
  Assist Production Manager in daily production activities and ensure processes comply with standard order of operation and work instruction.
  Responsible in production planning to ensure product produce with quality products and within timeline.
  Monitor closely on production progress, daily output, downtime and production reject.
  Assist in resolving daily operational issue, staff working schedule, attendance and staff discipline.
  Establish necessary standard or work instruction, checklist or other department necessary documentation to ensure smooth operation.
Security Executive

The Italian Baker Sdn. Bhd., Pulau Indah, Selangor

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
  Responsible on all security management pertaining to the Company.
  Responsible in coordination of security operations, as well as managing, training and assessing performance of the entire security personnel.
  Managing the scheduling of security personnel and tracking their attendance
  Assisting in developing and maintaining the security policies and procedures to safeguard the company properties and its employees.
  Supervising a team of Security Guards to ensure that the company premises and all its belongings are adequately protected.
Warehouse Executive
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
  Mainly to assist Warehouse Manager to supervises of staff and support operation issue.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
  Lead and manage a team of Warehouse that include Supervisors, Storekeepers, and foreign / contract worker.
  Ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods.
  Identify all areas of improvement and maximize productivity.
  Prepare and manage the logistics system to optimize time management.
Chargeman
RESPONSIBILITIES
  To operate 11kV switching / maintain switchgear / transformer.
  Conduct monitoring as well as initiate preventive maintenance to prevent or minimize equipment breakdown and power failure.
  Foresee any potential hazard and recommend immediate corrective actions.
  Immediate reporting to The Management regarding any abnormality observed.
  Any other related duties as assigned by the superior or The Management.
