Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Business Functions, this position is responsible for leading and guiding brand teams to ensure flawless execution of all Personal & Premium Banking, Mortgage, Loyalty & Partnerships, Physical Channels and Digital Financial Services initiatives. This includes co-creating annual strategies with assigned Business teams and ensuring robust execution to drive business growth while meeting consumer needs and positioning the KCB brand appropriately. The role is also proposed to provide marketing expertise on existing and new products for Group Subsidiaries to deliver on the Bank’s growth strategy and overall organizational strategy. This is a senior role, and the incumbent must be able to build relationships with business leaders and proactively understand the business they support, foster meaningful business conversations and bring new ideas to drive business growth.
